Superintendent needed for General Contractor based in Pueblo, CO. Projects consist of Municipal, Federal, K12. Storage, Office, Commercial tenant improvements and ground up builds. The Superintendent will work on site overseeing the construction operations. Client DetailsGeneral Contractor based out of Pueblo CO with an extensive backlog of awarded work taking them into the new year. They need to add Superintendent talent due to this growing pipeline of work. They complete several projects for local, state and federal government. DescriptionConstruction Superintendent will be responsible for the following:

• Run/manage project from start to finish
• Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
• Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.ProfileConstruction Superintendent must have the following:
  • GROUND UP CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Commercial experience required- 3+ years experience
  • Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.Job OfferConstruction Superintendent Package includes but is not limited to:
