highly motivated Electronics Engineering Associate Manager to
become a member of the US Navy's Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) D5
Life Extension2 (D5LE2) Avionics teamKey activities you will
accomplish in this role: --- Lead the development of an electronics
Power Subsystem for the weapons system.
--- Provide leadership on a fast paced team from requirements
through development and production.
--- Be responsible to assure coordination between functional groups
during the product development life cycle.
--- Communicate technical status and issues internally to program
leadership, technical leadership and functional leadership as well
as externally to the customer.
--- Conducting personnel management for a portion of the Fleet
Ballistic Missile (FBM) Electronics team
--- Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment,
selection, and training.
--- Responsible for performance assessment, work assignments,
salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
--- Participate in technical reviews and auditsTypical mins for
this role: --- You will typically have 8+ years of professional
experience.
--- Willing and able to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret

Basic Qualifications:
--- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an
accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education,
with professional experience and specialized training commensurate
with assignment--- Electronics hardware design, development and
test experience of avionics electronics, at the circuit card and
unit level--- Project leadership in electronics hardware design---
Experience in the development including product ownership
responsibility for missile, space, or equivalent high reliability
applications--- Experience on a development program including
generating detailed proposal cost and/or schedule estimates.
Desired Skills:
Demonstrated experience with Power Subsystem hardware including
batteries, power supply design and switching/regulation
hardware.
--- Demonstrated experience with Avionics Architecture (physical /
functional).
--- Understanding of analog and digital circuit design and
analysis.
--- Ability to interpret and create electrical schematics.
--- Experience with Test and Measurement Equipment.
--- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
--- Aerospace experience supporting development of Flight
Hardware--- Certified Product Engineer or Responsible Systems
Integration engineering experience.
--- Missile System design experience.
--- Supply chain technical oversight experience including proposal
support and technical evaluations.
--- Demonstrated experience with electronics packaging.
--- Demonstrated excellent written and oral communications skills
are required, with an ability to address diverse audiences, such as
customer reviews, management meetings, etc.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government
security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate
work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employeesSchedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensedThese condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and
New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or
Washington is $100,400 - $192,500 Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline onlyLockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
